Vendor Application Form

Eswatini National Provident Fund hereby invites competent and reputable local companies to express interest to be registered in Eswatini National Provident Funds’ supplier database for the supply of services in the categories listed in the form below.

The main purpose of the supplier database is to establish a high-quality supplier database of professionals who are registered or accredited with the relevant professional bodies. The Fund promotes the use of SMMEs and supports local economic empowerment and enterprise development. ENPF, therefore, invites suitably qualified suppliers and or service providers operating in Eswatini to submit the necessary documentation below for inclusion in the ENPF supplier database for a 3-year period.

Preference for work with the Fund will be given to suppliers and service providers registered on the company database save for exceptional services not readily available.

Eswatini National Provident Fund reserves the right to procure services from any service provider outside the approved vendors where the listed and approved service providers do not have the skills necessary for that particular assignment.

Below, please find the official online registration form to assist us with the registration of prospective suppliers on the database.
