As excitement builds ahead of the launch of the ENPF Products Marketing Roadshow, Chief Executive Officer Ms. Futhi Tembe appeared on Eswatini TV’s Kusile Breakfast Show to share the vision behind the “Catsatsa! Sikuwe.” campaign and what emaSwati can expect from this exciting nationwide initiative.
During the interview, Ms. Tembe highlighted ENPF’s commitment to becoming more accessible, responsive and customer-focused by bringing its products, services and leadership directly to communities across the country.
She explained that ENPF is evolving from a traditionally office-based institution into one that actively engages with members, employers and the public wherever they are, making it easier for everyone to access the Fund’s services and receive the support they need.
At the heart of this transformation is the “Catsatsa! Sikuwe.” Products Marketing Roadshow, a six-month nationwide campaign designed to take ENPF services directly to communities and workplaces, particularly in areas without permanent ENPF service centres.
The journey begins at Malkerns on 31 July and 1 August 2026, where members will have access to a fully operational Mobile ENPF Office, offering the same services available at ENPF branches.
Ms. Tembe explained that the roadshow was inspired by the need to engage directly with members and employers, answer questions about ENPF products and benefits, assist with updating member information, promote voluntary membership and provide guidance on employer compliance.
She emphasized that the roadshow is about more than delivering services, it is about listening, educating and building lasting relationships with the people ENPF serves.
“Rather than waiting for people to come to us, we are taking ENPF to where our members are. We want to listen, educate, assist and build lasting relationships with the people we serve,” said Ms. Tembe.
The CEO also announced that she and members of the Executive Team will actively participate throughout the roadshow, including “Ask the CEO Anything” sessions that will give members, employers and the public a unique opportunity to engage directly with ENPF leadership.
She concluded by inviting all emaSwati to be part of this new chapter as ENPF continues to transform the way it serves its members.
Whether you are an existing member, an employer, self-employed, considering voluntary membership or simply interested in learning more about retirement planning, the “Catsatsa! Sikuwe.” Roadshow is your opportunity to connect with ENPF like never before.
Join us at Malkerns on 31 July and 1 August 2026 and experience a new era of customer engagement as ENPF brings its services closer to you.
Catsatsa! Sikuwe.
